📋 About This Mod
This mod is just a series of small tweaks for every race in Starwind. It gives every race a Passive and Active Ability, and tweaks each race to all use the same amount of skill points and stat Points total. Each Races skill total is 45 and Stat total is 320.
Because there are 31 races, I will not tell you the extent of the changes. Just boot it up with Starwind and look over the races. The entire reason I did this was to sort of make more races appealing to play and semi-balance out their abilities.

Can be installed in the original Morrowind way (Data Files) or the OpenMW way.
