Upscales all Starwind 3.1 textures by 4 times
I was dissapointed a bit with starwind textures quality, and decided to fix it myself using ESRGAN. All Starwind-specific ingame textures were upscaled 4 times! I think Starwind also uses base Morrowind textures, so consider installing Morrowind Enhanced Textures if you notice some textures to be low-res.
