📋 About This Mod

-Solstheim's Berserkers-

"Solstheim's Berserkers" is an extensive overhaul of the procedurally generated npcs of "Solstheim", this overhaul expands the diversity and loot of practically all leveled npc factions in an entirely lore friendly and immersive way, this overhaul edits and expands the "Berserks", "Fryse Hags", "Reavers", and "Smugglers". The berserkers have even been given their own class entirely based on what they'd have equipped. The changes to the various factions are as follows:

Berserkers:

The "Berserkers" have received the most work, giving them A chance to wear more than just A cuirass and helm (albeit A rather small one), on top of being diversified, their weapon pool was considered shrunk in A way that makes more sense, for example you won't see "Berserkers" using Dunmer weaponry anymore, just nordic weapons and generic metal weapons, on top of that, the types of armor they can wear was also expanded, like wolf armor, Nordic iron armor, fur armor, etc. Like every overhauled faction, they feature edited duplicates with different heads and hairstyles

Fryse Hags:

The "Fryse Hags" have been left mostly alone, I merely made versions with alternate heads and hairstyles as well as randomized the clothing they wear, they are still mostly true to vanilla. The latest update (version 1. 3) removes "Smuggler" armor from the "Fryse Hags" due to them being more suited for being entirely unarmored, on top of that, they can now spawn wearing robes.

The "Reavers", similarly to the "Berserkers" have received A serious overhaul, but unlike the "Berserkers" are more uniform in what they wear, for example, they will always spawn with A full set of armor (but sometimes mix-and-match A little bit, like full fur armor with maybe A Nordic iron helmet or something). The weaponry they use, while limited in nature is more befitting of them and entirely lore friendly, they still only use axes (except the archers who now have randomized bows). They also feature different variants, like "Reavers" in full iron armor or maybe with A Nordic ringmail cuirass, the armor they can wear, just like the "Berserks" is exclusively Nordic in nature, but you aren't going to see "Reavers" wearing wolf or bear armor (other than the Nordic bearskin cuirass). Included in the latest update is minor fixes to the reavers as well as a "Carved Nordic" armor set (this armor set is based on Better Bodies).
