Snug Suran - OAAB Oran Manor Upgrade

Cosmetic improvement of Oran Manor so that it looks like somewhere a nobleman might live. He still has a shop on his ground floor, for some reason, but I guess that's just the Hlaalu for you. Any excuse to do business and make a few drakes, eh? At least now it looks more the part, with Hlaalu banners and merchandise. Upstairs, Serjo Avon Oran has a snug little lounge to relax after a hard day hawking trinkets to random passers-by and crying over his egg mines, and his meal plans have been improved with the addition of a small kitchen.

Comes with either a vanilla or a White Suran version. Pics are from the White Suran version because I use it personally.
