Модуль навыков.
Модуль навыков — это платформа для модов MWSE+Lua, которая позволяет легко создавать новые навыки в Морровинде. Сам мод ничего не делает требуется для работы других модов.
Переведено название "Другие навыки" и информация в меню.(Пункт меню появляется только после установки мода The Crafting Framework)
Для работы требуется оригинальный мод. Ставить поверх с заменой файлов.
Добавил опционально отдельный архив с полной версией, не требующей оригинал.
