This mods adds the town of Serabul, a medium sized city located just east of Vivec, and it is the home of the Hlaalu Council member, Velanda Omani. There is a slight incompatability with Redesigned Vivec (emphasis on slight), and there is a patch, and more information included in the Patch Notes. There is also a NOM compatability patch. My soul has gone into this mod, and I have been through it many, many times, and there should be no bugs. If you find an incompatability, tell me, and I may make a patch.
