- Now merchants should ONLY clear out soul gems of quality petty, lesser, common, greater every time they restock, meaning grand soul gems and modded ones won't get cleared out.
- Merchants clear out their vanilla soul gems stock in their inventory first time you talk to them. And I know this is not ideal. But in vanilla, only Fadase Selvayn (Tel Branora) and Elbert Nermarc (Mournhold) sell soul gems and have soul gems in their inventory. Fadase Selvayn is not a default restock filled soul gems merchant, so this is not a problem, but Elbert Nermarc is. So installing this mod means you won't get guaranteed and instant restocking 15 common and 10 greater soul gems from him. If you think this is a problem for you, remove Elbert Nermarc as a restock filled soul gems merchant in the Mod Config Menu before you talk to him for the first time.
RESTOCK FILLED SOUL GEMS
Restocking supplies of both filled and non-filled soulgems have been added to a few merchants. Restock time is the same as barter gold reset time. You can add or remove merchants that restocks soul gems and add or remove creatures whose soul can be in the filled soul gems in the Mod Config Menu.

Restock soul gems is really the only thing that this mod does. If you are not interested in the technical details, you can skip the readme. The following information is for troubleshooting:
Unfornately, due to my incompetence, I hardcoded the types of soul gems that get restocked. By default, the only types of filled soul gems restocked are petty, lesser, common, and greater. If you want to customize it a bit, what you need to do is opening validFilledSoulGems.lua in a code editor, adding the soul gem ids in tables this.soulGems, this.souls and this.stockedFilledSoulGems.
The default soul list is designed for BTBGI users. If you notice your merchants don't sell the correct amount of filled soul gems, that is because at least one type of soul gems doesn't have any soul in the default soul list for the code to randomly pick from to fill. This happens only if you have mods that alter the soul gem capacity (except BTBGI).
What you then have to do to fix this issue is adding more creatures that should belong to that empty soul table to the Soul list in the Mod Config Menu. You'll also need to reboot the game for the newly added/removed souls to take effect.
