Talk to any enchanter and select the "Recharging" topic.
Recommended to be used with Enchanted Items Don't Recharge for best results
Important Notes:
- Requires OpenMW 0. 51
- Probably at least one bug
- If you do not have a "Recharging" topic, ask the enchanter about "my trade".
- If that doesn't work, press ~ to open the console, and type addtopic "Recharging"
