📋 About This Mod
Purist mod that adds a total of 225 simple and lore friendly NPCs to the cities, towns and outposts.
Most of them are Dunmer commoners indistinguishable from base game NPCs. Every single one of them is unique and lore-friendly named. You won't believe that they are not part of the base game.
No fancy stuff here: no vampires, bandits, peasants in Ebony sets, adventurers, easter eggs or unicorn riders. Just vanilla experience without emptiness.
It started as a mod for my personal use, because I never liked any of existing population mods. I decided to share my work on Nexus for all the people with the same taste.
It can be installed in the middle of a playthrough(although updating for a new version might require new game) and should work with the most of city overhaul mods. It's a lightweight mod and it shouldn't lower your fps at all(or in a small way).

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Decent community support (147 endorsements) for a niche mod
- Adds a good amount of NPCs (225) to make towns feel alive
- Lore-friendly approach keeps the world consistent
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2022 — may have compatibility issues with newer mods or patches
- Simple NPCs might lack unique dialogue or routines, making them feel static
For Morrowind players who want busier cities without overhauling the game. If you're tired of empty towns and want more background characters, this is a quick fix. Skip if you're looking for deep NPC interactions or quests.
