This mod alters the "fight" value for all cliff racers so that they are non-hostile towards the player. Now you can wonder Vvardenfell without worrying about being harassed by glitchy pterodactyls from the sky, but still be able to see them happily fly around.
Of course, they will still attack if provoked.
