Rubber's Refurbishment covers the entire common exterior set (Imperial).

   This mod is plugin less (no .esp)

   Open Morrowind, Rebirth & any other mod compatible.

   GitD comes as standard (to activate, please install GitD FIRST)

   Opening/ Closing night time window shutters on dormer models

   Collapsible bespoke PBR textures

    Fully Atlas mapped models where possible (90%)

    Vastly improved collision meshes

    Lore Friendly

    Improves performance on many systems

Many of the models are lower-poly than the vanilla models, just better designed & mapped than the originals. This may cause an increase in performance and give you a higher FPS while playing.

To install this mod simply unzip it and copy it into the Morrowind directory where it will replace the existing vanilla models (if they exist outside the BSA).

To revert to vanilla with any model, simply delete the model from the meshes folder and hey, presto, vanilla will return.

All textures are pre-fixed with "RM" so they may also be easily identified.

If you want your windows to glow at night and the shutters to shut then please, install Melchior's GitD mod before this one. (link above in features)

As far as I am aware, this mod should be compatible with all major mods. Some house mods that use the common set may be affected if they do unusual things with the roof area.

No known conflicts.

I may replace the governor's mansion in Caldera to fit in better with the environment, and most probably I will be moving on to the Imperial fort meshes if my spare time allows me to.
