📋 About This Mod
Adds NPCs to the Mournhold Palace.
I got around to doing the Tribunal content for the umpteenth time and was struck by just how empty the palace is - it's just Helseth, Barenziah and a buttload of guards. So I cracked open the construction set and added a few nobles to fill the space. This obviously requires Tribunal.
The added NPCs are merely background characters - there are no new quests. There is now a very minor fetch quest.
No vanilla NPCs are modified except for two lines in Helseth's dialogue, so this should be compatible with anything - provided it doesn't alter stages 20 and 100 of Helseth's Champion.
