What I hate about Tribunal is that you need to wait until the assassins attacks you to get to Mournhold. Well now you can get there at level 1. But if you have a disease or if you are a vampire you cannot go to Mournhold. Talk to Endar Hlaalu in Ebonheart to go to Mournhold. Talk to Tilse Melisi in Mournhold, Plaza Brindisi Dorom to go to Ebonheart. Requirements: Morrowind Tribunal To install just download then extract folder and drag plugin into your data files folder.
This small Morrowind mod adds a boat service to Mournhold, letting you travel there at level 1 without waiting for the Tribunal assassination attempt. It blocks travel if you have a disease or are a vampire. Talk to Endar to use the service.
