Mephala's Web of Whispers

Few mortals dare to speak of the place called the Web of Whispers, and fewer still remember their return. It is said to lie between thoughts, not between worlds — a realm spun from the threads of every secret ever uttered in Tamriel.

When a whisper escapes a mortal’s lips, it drifts into that twilight web, trembling upon silken strands that gleam like moonlit glass. There, the Lady of the Spiral listens. Some call her Mephala the Weaver, others The Anticipation of Vivec. But those who have heard her voice know her true name cannot be spoken — only woven.

If you are ready to venture into the "Web of Whispers", then go to the hidden area in the canals of the Arena district in Vivec(Morag Tong headquarters), and find Serul Dathren(is an Dunmer Monk and a member of the Morag Tong) next to the altar of Mephala, talk to him and he will send you to her realm(If for some reason there is no such dialogue"Travel" with him, then there is a spider web hanging over the left altar. Touch the web and the Mephala will wrap its threads around you).

A couple of forgotten artifacts are also waiting for their hero.
