Legendary Skills

A traveler has made his way to Morrowind, and he is a master-of-all-skills. He is willing to assist you tap into your hidden potential, assuming you are skilled enough to do so.

Requirements? This mod only requires the Morrowind.esm file.

How to install? Drag the "LegendarySkills v1. 0.esp" into your Morrowind -> Data Files folder. You will know it is the right folder if it also contains "Morrowind.esm".

What does this mod do? (Lore Version): This mod adds an NPC known simply as the "Legendary Master". His real name is unknown, as the Legendary Master likes his privacy. He has traveled from great distances, and mastered all of his skills, and in doing so, managed to untap into his hidden potential from so many years of training. If you can prove yourself to him, he may help you tap into your hidden potential as well. Assuming you get as far, he will also grant legendary items to help you with the training process of your skills. And once certain legendary items are in your possession, he will offer to forge them together in order to create legendary artifacts.

What does this mod do? (Non-Lore Version): Adds the NPC "Legendary Master" atop the mountain, immediately north of Seyda Neen. The NPC will reset your level 100+ skills down to a base of 15 and grant you an item that boosts the said skill +50 when equipped. Essentially, allowing you to re-level your skills, further increasing your levels and character progression. Once certain items have been acquired, they can be forged together to get an item that gives +50 to all of the forged item stats. While this may seem overpowering, it is intended to be the epic reward for time pain-stakingly invested into leveling up all your stats to 100.

Why was this mod made? As much as I've come to terms with Morrowind being a stat crunch for optimum character builds, there were times where I wish it did not feel mandatory to level stats to the T. Thus, this mod was born. It's purpose for being, was to allow players to max all their stats over time, without the fear of maxing your characters level cap before maxing all of your characters skills and attributes.
