Leech Effects

Leech Effects adds three buffs to the school of mysticism: Health Leech, Magicka Leech, and Fatigue Leech. The subject of these effects will have the corresponding statistic healed by a percentage of the damage they deal through physical attacks (reduced by target magick resistance).

This mod includes two modules: "Core" and "Implementations". The core module simply registers the effects, without actually adding them anywhere in-game, while the implementations module adds them to a few select spell vendors, pieces of equipment, and alchemy ingredients.
