Normal cliff racers won't attack unless attacked. Diseased and blighted cliff racers will still attack.
Very simple mod, changed fight from 90 to 0 inside AI.
Thought it was worth uploading since the other cliff racer fight edits affected blight and diseased and had some other changes/edits.
