Description from the original page; Located on a high mountain shelf west of Suran and just down the road from Kummu shrine, Kummu Monastery is the lofty compliment to an already beloved but remote pilgrimage site on the shores of Lake Amarya. It offers the weary pilgrim and traveler some commodities, while it’s great gate tower guards a major pass into the desolate regions beyond the mountains.
The Monastery features a temple dedicated to lord Vivec and celebrates his deeds in this area; there are shrines of blessing available here and relics to see. The temple has a library and for a simple task you can stay in a luxurious guest room with a view of the inner temple. The monks have their living quarters in a great hall below the temple and live very simple; there is a bakery in the great hall also and if you have no desire for the guest room, the monks let you sleep in their beds. Two separate towers feature a blacksmith in one, and a trader and wine cellar in the other. Special Kummu Monastery wine can be obtained. (Currently not NOM compatible i.e. does not quench thirst). The great gate tower guarding the pass has a healer in its top with an interesting story. There is a pavilion by a mountain cascade to rest and refresh, and between the monastery and its gate by the road a vineyard hugs the hillside. Colorful characters with unique dialogue and stories inhabit the monastery. There are a number of unique furniture items. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore…
INSTALLATION: I recommend to use NMM via manual download, that is download manually to desktop then use NMM to install from there; or download manually and extract the files in the folder to the corresponding files in the Morrowind Data folder.

Compatibility notes; I am not aware of any other mods that occupy this particular spot, even so I kept ground level changes at a minimum to avoid rips. However be aware that I have substantially added static mountain pieces to the mountain range to have a more dramatic backdrop for the Monastery and give the pass more purpose.
This one has been sitting around my "vault" for some time and I had more plans for it, so I may return to it in future to add more to the story.
