Taliesan's Crystal Skull - of Teleportation
My ring of Teleportation was originally released as part of My "New Suran" mod way back in June 2005 on "Planet Elder Scrolls" (PES)
As I'm currently back modding Morrowind I decided to release the ring as a separate item. You know just incase anyone else might find it usful.
And yes this can be used as a masive cheat item.... it's up to you to if and when to use it... or not.
The number of destinations available is directly linked to:
'PC level', 'PC Repitation' and certain 'Magic Skills', such as Illusion and Mysticism
As your PC like level goes up so does the number of locations available:
0 'Get lost you're not worthy...'
1 "Teleport to?", "Towns"
2 "Teleport to?", "Towns" "Strongholds"
3 "Teleport to?", "Towns" "Strongholds" "Camps"
4 "Teleport to?", "Towns" "Strongholds" "Camps" "Great House Stronghold" "Misc"
5 "Teleport to?", "Towns" "Strongholds" "Camps" "Great House Stronghold" "Misc" "Secret Masters"
6 "Teleport to?", "Towns" "Strongholds" "Camps" "Great House Stronghold" "Misc" "Secret Masters" "Ruins"
"Mournhold" and "Solstheim" locations are to be found under "Misc"
The ring has a sort of intelligence and a moral code...
It will not work for you if you are in "Jail", have a Crime Level above 500, are a Vampire or in Werewolf form, or do not have an Intelligence above 52.
Once you reach level 6 there are over 100 locations to select from in cascading menus.
You will find it sitting on the barrel outside in the yard as you leave the Census and Excise Office in Seyda Neen.
