Pendragon an old pirate captain's caught wind of rumor's that an old enemy, Captain Flameheart. I pirate lord and skeleton captain of the burning ship itself, be trying to return from the dead into this mortal realm, it was long believed that Flameheart had died.
With his body tombed away in the depths of an island named The Devil's Thirst. Flameheart with the help of a poor soul is now in the middle or acting out a dark ritual in order for him to return to this mortal realm, And pirate it's sea's once again.
Make your way to Khuul where the Blackwyche awaits.

-The Devil's Thirst is an island located Far far far far north of Vvardenfell
