Adds a playable Dwemer race to the game. Optional blue Dwemer textures are available, depending on preference.
Dwemer come with a natural 20% chance to reflect spells, and the "Tonal Architecture" power which allows them to create a guaranteed enchantment once per day.(As in the failure chance is 0%)
The robes and hats are in a chest in Seyda Neen, between the Census Office buildings where you get the Engraved Ring of Healing at the start of the game.
