What is Gardening and Farming?

This mod adds many new tools into Morrowind that allows you as a player to participate in the growing and customizing of your own garden or farm.

Now with Fruits, Vegetables and Moonsugar!

What it adds:

It adds 29 new unique seeds that you can use to plant into the ground. These 29 new seeds can grow into 57 different variations of plants, vegetation, mushrooms and more.

16 more unique seeds that grow into 25 different variations of fruits, vegetables and moonsugar stalks.

It adds in tools that you can purchase and utilize to customize your plants to your desire. These include the following:

Harvest Hoe = This is the most basic of tools you will need to harvest seeds and ingredients from your plants.

Harvest Basket = This is a must have if you intend to harvest ingredients from your plants. (Note: If you are not wearing this, you will only gather seeds.)

Gardening Shears = This will trim down your plants, effectively shrinking them down in size.

Gardening Waterskin = This will water your plants allowing them to grow back to the ‘normal’ size if you trimmed them too small.

Gardening Waterskin (Large) = This will over water your plants, effectively causing them to grow much larger than their normal size.

Gardening Hammer = This will hammer down the ground around your plants to sink them deeper into the soil.

Gardening Shovel = This will dig up your plants from the ground if you happen to sink them too deep with the Hammer.

Harvest Scythe = This more expensive tool will allow you to harvest a higher number of seeds and/or ingredients from your plants.

DON’T PANIC: The weight of all of these tools are compensated for needing to carry around so many.

New in Version 2. 0

7 new planters have been added to the Pawnbroker in Balmora. Take note that they do not have collision, therefor some of the plants will be too short once grown. You can use the Gardening Shovel to raise them up. Or, if you have 'Perfect Placement' you can move the plants onto the planters after they have grown. (See below)

Where are the seeds you ask?

Well you won’t find them from the wild plants growing around Morrowind. (This is due to conflicts with other mods). No, you will find them in the bellies of the wandering creatures that eat them. You will come across many seeds from the corpses of Rats, Scribs, Cliff Racers, and many more. So get hunting, or should I say “Farming”.

In order to help you kill these beasts, 4 unique Scythes have been added to the game. You can find them at random traders. Cost and Attack power are relative to other weapons of similar types to keep the balance in the game.

Imperial Farming Scythe

Ivory Farming Scythe

Glass Farming Scythe
