📋 About This Mod
You get there using a ring hidden in Fargoth's house. The ring uses mark/recall functionality so you can use it in the middle of a dungeon and then go back to where you were before.
There is a bedroom for resting and stashing random adventuring items like lockpicks or potions, a storage vault for collecting and displaying valuable stuff (main purpose of the mod), and a patio outside if you want to gaze upon the void.
I wanted a house which I could easily go back and forth to at any moment while questing, but which didn't allow me to cheat or powergame in any way. Also it is designed to be bare and basic, a place where the player can build one big collection while questing, without having it already filled with clutter, and without making me move between multiple floors and rooms.
It seemed to me that the most fun house would just gives you a room of empty, plain tables, immmedietely accessible, and say "fill this up as you want". Additional features like fancy bathrooms and gardens actually make collecting less interesting. I suppose this is because these places are already so beautiful that the player doesn't feel like his effort is worthwhile.
In short, I wanted a house that was simple, and quick to access, with the focus on the player building collections, rather than on the house itself.
The readme contains some suggestions for what to put in it.
