1- Description:
Adds 1 new outfit (Guardian Corps Uniform) and 2 versions of the same sword (Blazfire Saber, with different stats) sold by Arrile in Seyda Neen, based on Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. I'm not 100% satisfied with the outfit, but the sword is really nice (made by Ashara for Fallout 3, ported to Morrowind by Kalian). I made new, higher-res textures for the sword and tweaked it a bit in Nifskope to make it fit in your character's hand.
The outfit's skirt is VERY tiny, you may want to use a non-nude Better Bodies texture.

Drag and drop the files into your Morrowind/Data Files directory. Check the box of the mod before starting the game.
