Then rejoice, this mod is for you.
Some shirts leave a void space between the shoulders' area and the sleeves when the character stands still, it's probably fixable using Blender but I'm not familiar at all with this software.
Installation:
Download Galleo good clothes and install everything excepting the plugins.
Copy and paste Galleo's Good Clothing.esp in your Morrowind\Data files folder.
Activate preferably using a mod manager like Wrye mash
Use a tool like mlox to sort your load order
Run Morrowind and enjoy.
