Adds different tier papers for enchanting self made scrolls, which you can buy from major booksellers in Vvanderfell, Solstheim, and Mournhold.
Solstheim, Thirsk -> Bereditte Mournhold, Bookseller -> Sanaso Vvanderfell, Ald'Ruhn -> Codus Callonus
Normal paper is unchanged, but is now readily available. Enchanting Paper = 50 enchant points Rolled Enchanting Paper = 100 enchant points Rolled Enchanting Paper +1 = 120 enchant points Rolled Enchanting Paper +2 = 180 enchant points Rolled Enchanting Paper +3 ~= 220 enchant points Rolled Enchanting Paper +4 ~= 440 enchant points (yeah, good luck with this one)
All it does is add a few containers and new base items to the game. None of the Merchants have been modified.
Note It's completely possible to make full use of the 440 enchantment points without hours of potion stacking, but you'll need a clever spell meta to pull it off. Have fun experimenting with that TES "science" boys.
