📋 About This Mod
This mod/fix basically adds timers to scripts that should stop speech from overlapping. Character Sound Overhaul technically isn't required but I'm not sure why you would need this if you didn't have it installed.
The scripts edited are:

Incompatible with any mod that edits these scripts.
Cleaned with tes3cmd.
Fixed a few typos in the scripts as well.
