Murder: 1000g ---> 4000g
Assault: 40g ---> 500g
Pickpocketing: 25g ---> 250g
Tresspassing: 5g ---> 50g
Item theft: 1x item's value ---> 1,2x item's value
Additional changes:
Special discount for clearing a bounty (thieves guild): 50% ---> 40%
Discount for turning yourself to a guard while your bounty is still low enough: 10% ---> 20%
Days spent in prison (skills affected): 1day per 100g of bounty ----> 1 day per 250g of bounty
