✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Unique concept for Morrowind—property buying is rare in the base game.
- Ties into Tribunal, giving players a reason to revisit Suran.
- Small but dedicated following (14 endorsements) suggests it works for some.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008—may have compatibility issues with modern Morrowind setups.
- Description is incomplete, so you won't know all five homes until you try it.
- Requires GOTY edition, so vanilla Morrowind players are out of luck.
For Morrowind veterans who've done everything and want a new way to spend their gold. Also for players who enjoy role-playing as a property tycoon in Vvardenfell. Skip if you're on vanilla Morrowind or want gameplay overhauls—this is a niche addition.
