Description

Adds in items that NPCs should have, but don't via MWSE lua. Automatic support for all mod-added NPCs, including TR and PT NPCs.

Wizard's Staff:
"In order to advance to the rank of %NextPCRank, you must have a Wizard's Staff."-Mages Guild members
Adds a wizard staff to all people rank wizard or higher, except Trebonius. This includes the 2 dead heroes.
