Preface:

Morrowind lacks balance. Ok, it may sound too harsh. Some nwahs think that it lacks balance. Quote from BTB:Whoever was responsible for the game balance portion of Morrowind's development was either on crack or just plain absent.

It doesn't need the same balance as in competetive online games, but some kind of it and sensible progression is needed for increasing immersion and gameplay quality. Wakim, Vanhikes, Gary Noonan, HotFusion4 and others made steps to fix it. BTB continued and finally fixed this flaw as good as possible. Necrolesian assembled BTB's changes into more digestable package and further improved it. Now you may get almost perfect gameplay in a base game with BTB's Game Improvements - Necro Edit.

Game expanding mods is a different story. You may notice the difference between BTBGIsed base game and mods, although they are partially affected by BTBGI. The more new items mod adds the larger the difference. It's especially evident for Project Tamriel with BTBGI due to huge amount of newly added items(though it's actually more balanced than base game without BTBGI). You get into completely another game when you go to Mainland.

That bothered me since the day I started integrating BTBGI into my heavily modded setup. I've uploaded a BTBGI - Necro Edit - Modular Patch to solve direct conflicts(modification of the same records) with some mods. Now I have stable and conflict-free gameplay experience and only those indirect balance conflicts ruin my Morrowind life. So I've finally decided to make BTBGI balance patch for mods I use, including, but not limited to, Project Tamriel and OAAB.

Description:

The goal of this patch is to bring as many BTBGI balance changes as possible to Project Tamriel and several other mods. Original plan was to use one merged plugin for everyone. Modular plugins were there only for flexibility and some edge cases. Jdenizio5 has discovered(Posts tab) that engines work differently on processing unused records. So now usage depends on engine:
