Beast Race Abilities Toggleable alters the Argonian Water Breathing racial and Khajiit Eye of Night racial to be toggleable, zero-cost abilities instead of limited-duration spells that require Magicka to cast. This means that, instead of having to constantly cast and re-cast Water Breathing or Night Eye whenever you need it, watching it sap away at your Magicka, you just have to cast the spell once for 0 Magicka and forget about it, until you want to turn it back off.
