Arbitus is a Khajiit Fire Mage that may be found west of Molag Mar. No, there is no relation between Molag Mar and Bet-Molag. While he sports a bit of baggage due to his past, overall he is very quiet (As per a request from the Morrowind Modding Community Discord).
This mod features:
