📋 About This Mod
What is it ?
Some patches to make faces added by mods use the models from the excellent Familiar Faces by Caleb.
Installation :
You should use a mod manager for Morrowind, but if you insist on doing thing manually, install each patches after their original mods.
How did I do it ?
Basically, when I see a mod that add a face based on a vanilla model, I just fire up NifSkope and to patch it.
Pretty straightforward.
Requirements :
Familiar Faces, of course.
Then, all patches need the original mod they were made for.
Caleb, for Familiar Faces.
And of course, the original authors of the mods that are patched.
A small patch mod that integrates faces from other mods with Familiar Faces models by Caleb. With 15 endorsements and 426 downloads, it's a niche utility for players using compatible face mods. Last updated March 2026, it remains current for recent game versions.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Tiny but dedicated following (15 endorsements) — if you're already using Familiar Faces, this is a no-brainer
- Author knows the base mod inside out, so patches should slot in cleanly
- Fresh update (March 2026) means it's likely compatible with current game patches
⚠️ Cons
- Ultra-niche: only useful if you have specific face mods that need patching
- No list of which mods are covered — you'll have to dig through files or test yourself
- Low endorsement count (15) means limited community testing and feedback
For players who already run Familiar Faces and want to expand its face options with other mods. Skip if you don't use Familiar Faces or if you're happy with vanilla faces.
