Every Level Provides the MAX level effects.

For example, agitator 1 provides agitator 7 benefits.

(And so does 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

nativePC > common > equip > skill_data.skl_dat

4. Uninstall:

Simply delete the "skill_data.skl_dat" file.
