React Hunter Returns

This is a mod inspired by the original React Hunter by Lenshang

This mod is a React-based front-end for the Smart Hunter mod that can be used in any modern browser.

Instructions:

• []Extract "React Hunter Returns vX. X. X.zip" somewhere

  []Launch MHW and let it fully load including selecting and loading a character

  []Open "ReactHunter.exe"

  []Give it admin permission if it requests it.

  []If an error occurs the first time you open, close the application and open it again

  []Open a browser

  []Navigate to "http://localhost:5151"

  []Profit!!!

  Instructions to change mod background image:

  • []Go to the same folder as your ReactHunter.exe file

    []Go to the "/Web/public" folder

    []Rename the background.jpeg image in there to something else in case you decide to use the default background

    image later,  rename it to something like "background_old.jpeg" for

    []Put your desired background image here, make sure it has the name "background.jpeg" or the mod will not recognise it!

    []Refresh the web page if the mod is currently running

    []If you wish to go back to the default background image, delete the new "background.jpeg" and rename the old

    file back to "background.jpeg"

    []Again, refresh the web page if the mod is currently running

      • []  Quest timer

      • []  Monster name, health and the crown for that monster if it has one

        []  Status effects currently afflicting the monster

        []  Monster body parts health

        []  'C' icon and health bar change to purple when monster can be captured (see images for an example)

      • [] "Team Damage" section containing:

        []  Player names and the damage they have done

      • [] "Status Effects" section containing:

        []  Any permanent status effects (e.g. Mega Demondrug)

        []  Any finite status effects (e.g. Demon Powder)

        []  Any mantles

        []  Any debuffs
