Named NPCS

Gives actual names to NPCs/characters instead of them just having a title. Most human names are randomly picked from online lists of medieval names, Wyverian names were picked from a random Wyverian name generator, and Felyne names were either picked from past Monster Hunter game name lists for them, or some sort of food pun.

Some major character names:

The Handler: Katelyn. One of my friends was trying to play the game with me and starting calling The Handler Katelyn in annoyance during the prologue, and the name just stuck for me

Commander: Soren. Sounds regal

Field Team Leader: Matt. Named after his voice actor Matthew Mercer

The Tracker: Margaret. Named after conservationist Margaret Murie

The Huntsman: Orion. Named after the hunter constellation

Admiral: Fukashi. Common Japanese name that seemed to fit him

The Seeker: Zymnoram. Male Wyverian name from the name generator

Second Fleet Master: Cyrus. Seems like a good name for a blacksmith

Third Fleet Master: Masaya. Female Wyverian name from the name generator

Meowscular Chef: Gladius. Named after a big sword

Grammeowster Chef: Parie. A play on paring (knife)

Excitable A-Lister: Aiden. His canon name; optional file to rename his title to Ace Cadet

Serious Handler: Lea. Her (canon?) name from the Netflix show

Since everyone might not like the names I've chosen for the story characters, there's an optional file (Minor Named NPCs) to only have the more minor characters named (to help set them apart from each other, they just kind of blend together to me otherwise). The Handler, Commander, Field Team Leader, The Tracker, The Huntsman, Admiral, The Seeker, Second Fleet Master, Third Fleet Master, Meowscular Chef, and Grammeowster Chef will only have their titles in those files.

Both files are in the main download, choose All Named NPCs (story characters also named) or Minor Named NPCs (story characters keep only their titles), then whether you want Aiden to have the Excitable A-list or Ace Cadet title.

Won't work with mods changing the chr_names_eng.gmd file. Only works with the language set to English.
