Monster Hunter Fix-orld

Monster Hunter: Fix-orld

Makes MHW run faster, feel more responsive and load quicker. Just install it - there are no settings.

What you get

• []Higher fps when your CPU is the bottleneck (+22% in my testing, DX11 on Linux; see notes)[/]

[]Lower input latency - the game feels snappier, roughly 25-30 ms less delay at ~80 fps[/]

  []Faster loading - about 0. 8 s quicker on every fast travel[/]

It also includes a fix for a DXVK bug that causes stutter when playing in DX11 on Linux. Hopefully DXVK fixes it someday and that part becomes redundant.

Tested on a Ryzen 9 7900 + RX 9070 XT. Your results will vary - the fps gain is biggest at high refresh rates or lower settings.

Not the same as Performance Booster and Plugin Extender - this mod optimizes different parts of the game, so the two stack. All the numbers above were measured with Performance Booster already installed, so they're gains on top of it.

Requirements

• []Works in DirectX 11 and DirectX 12[/]

  []Stracker's Loader[/]

  []Performance Booster and Plugin Extender[/]

  Installation

Copy the nativePC folder into your game folder (where MonsterHunterWorld.exe is).

  To uninstall, delete nativePC\plugins\MonsterHunterFixorld.dll.

I don't think vortex mod manager works

  Notes

  • []Tested on Linux and Windows 11. On Windows (and in DX12)[/]

[]Doesn't touch gameplay, saves or online play.[/]

[]Having problems? Post nativePC\plugins\MonsterHunterFixorld.log in the comments.[/]
