This Royal Charge Sheath is one of Debby's personal weapons with astral power,

these elite charging sheaths are only given to the very best of charge blade users... 

This mod is stand alone & does not require any other mods...

To install this "mod" just drop the NativePC folder into you'r Monster hunter world folder most likely here.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World.
