Dagon's Monster Skins - Glaciertusk Barioth

Barioth is one of my favorite monsters in the series, and it was really fun to give it a new skin. I don't remember thinking very much of him when I first started in 3U, but he's grown on me a lot over the years. His design is honestly a little wonky, but he's far from the worst in that aspect and I still think the final design still works

For this retexture, I wanted to emphasize the icy blue color palette the Hoarfrost Reach has, especially near the coastal cliffs where Barioth's den is located. I borrowed elements from Barioth's official concept art, like the face markings and darker underbelly, as well as snow leopard spots for camouflage and the big cat theme the pseudowyvern trio has. I'm a sucker for interesting patterns and it was a nice challenge trying to figure out how best to arrange them. Thanks to those who gave feedback on older iterations of the design! Making the tusks a lighter shade of teal and toning down the throat sac really helped bring it together.
