Typically a downward draft from a ceiling fan in a warmer climate makes more sense to keep cool.
Seeing as Astera lies between the Ancient Forest and Wildspire Waste as well as not looking very cold, I think the downward air movement would make more sense.
Also working on removing the perfectly lit candles/light probe(s) directly below the fan, because to me that makes even less sense (if it is going to blow air downwards).
