This is a tool for editing 2 files related to bounties, l_mission_eng.gmd and l_mission.odr. Between these two you can edit most information related to normal bounties.
To install files made with this program. Move l_mission.odr to nativePC/common/facility and l_mission_eng.gmd to nativePC/common/text.
If you don't have either file, start by selecting "create default"
