📋 About This Mod
An Audio Mod for the Long Type Gunlance making it sound like a Heavy Weapon.
Heavy Artillery is an Audio Mod that has been on my heart since the Gunlance was first introduced to the Monster Hunter series in Monster Hunter 2.
This Mod is comprised of cannon and explosion audio that I have scoured from the internet and compiled into one spot.
Heavy Artillery is NOT a Total Conversion as I have left much of the default sounds the same for a very specific reason:
Just like with my Deviljho JP Audio Mods, my goal is to "Reference" the source without it becoming overwhelming or annoying. If I changed every sound, the Ammo Stake procs from quick shots for example, it became too much. There was just too much of "Hey, loud noises!" instead of meaningful, impactful, immersive audio.
Other types may or may not benefit from some sound file overlap.
This Mod works with Iceborne.
This Mod requires Stracker's Loader in order to work properly:

To quote a famous Gunlancer: "You look good, you do good. You do good, you win!"
Now I can add, "Sound good" to that list!
Side Effects include: Recklessness, Hooting, Cheering, Loud Music, Starvation, Neglected Spouse, and Low Gas Mileage.
If you experience any of these symptoms immediately consult your nearest Monster Hunter Hub for more people to have fun!
