Wilds Deluxe Skills

The primary objective was to make more of skills worth leveling to max to get a bigger boost and make the scaling of the skills worth every level encouraging maxing out a skill as well as giving more build options or flexibility to use other skills. I would like to call it a balancing/buff mod but results may vary since I aiming to bring more skills into the limelight and be more universally useful. All skills in game tooltips have been updated to reflect changes and with additional info now to show hidden stats values.  I have modified about 95% of skill or so. The big problem is that with so little slots not for certain skill they now compete with each other, all weapon skill compete why take Normal up for 5% more damage when attack up lv3 get you more all around. The trend I noticed is that situational skills are all around worse then their universal counter parts for reasons I can not understand and I try to remedy that to encourage the fun of build diversity.  ( I am aware of the new charms and am watching how they generate but still doesn't fix the fact most skills are unwanted and the new charms come with a lot of those skills)

Disclaimer: Although not everyone is required for my mod to work but recommended you play with others who are also using this mod or are okay with it.

Monster Difficulty Plus it is not required but it does a good job of making the game feel a lot more fight or flight mode or enhances the thrill of the hunt and I highly endorse it if you want more of a challenge from every monster. I Think my skill pair pretty well with this mod.

There were quite a few skills that upon looking into them realize are pretty useless. I stayed away from nerfing any skill. A few were changed just to make up for a secondary effect which makes up for the loss value example (Fire res +6 res -> +5 res & 5 def) but scales better with lv3 being (+25 Res +35 Def). Logic being more of a def pickup and very situational.
