TU1 Mantle 1 second cooldown

Normal mantles with 1 second cooldown for TU1.

I do not do mods and simply think we need an update for TU1 new mantles. All credit goes to those people below.

Installation:

- Install ReFramework

- Install Fluffy Mod Manager

- Drag and drop the archive into the mods folder of fluffy mod manager

- Open the game and enable "Loose File Loader" in ReFramework's UI

- Close the game after enabling loose file loader

- Enable the mod in fluffy mod manager

- You can use this mod without fluffy mod manager by extracting the "natives" folder into your game's folder. However I recommend using fluffy mod manager to make it easier in case you want to uninstall or turn off the mod.

- This mod is not compatible with other mods that edit "\natives\stm\gamedesign\player\actiondata\common\globalparam\part\playeractiveskillparam.user. 3"

- In case another major update edit mantles' stats, this mod will revert the stats back to TU1 !

- If such case happen and this mod isn't updated, I recommend the mod Auto Cooldown Mantles by lingsamuel. It does the same thing, but you would have to manually reset the mantle cooldown while in combat through reframework's UI.

- When installing the mod while your mantle is in cooldown, your mantle cooldown will break.

• To solve it, go into the training area twice in a row to reset the cooldown and fix it. Thank you irisnadi for finding this out.
