If you want to remove bounce sound, then delete Hit_Weapon_Cmn.sbnk. 1. X64

If you want to remove wrestling sound, then delete Weapon_Cmn.sbnk. 1. X64

If you want to remove sneak attack sound, then delete Player_Common_Foley.sbnk. 1. X64

The remaining file Wp00_Cmn_m.sbnk. 1. X64 are the individual weapon sounds specific to Great Sword.
