Charm Pursuit - Target Skill Weights

Get closer to the charm skills you want.

Charm Pursuit favors your chosen skills when new charms are appraised. Choose a target, switch between Standard and Easy, and track the results. Existing charms are not rewritten.

• []Standard: selected skills use 3x draw weight by default, adjustable from 1x to 10x. Rarity and slots keep their original rolls.[/]

  []Easy: selected skills use 50x draw weight. Supported hunting and melding generation gives below-target rarity an extra 25% promotion chance, and nonmatching slots an extra 80% chance to use an eligible target layout.[/]

  Weights apply to all levels of the selected skills. Exact levels and the complete combination remain random. Only layouts allowed by the game's tables are used. A 50x weight is not a 50x complete-charm drop rate. There is no guarantee or pity system.

    The first-skill weighting, supported melding rarity/slot promotion and final-result checks from 0. 6. 1 remain. Saved appraisal summaries retain the latest 128 appraisals and latest 256 important records.

    How to use

    • []Install REFramework. With the game closed, extract the ZIP into the MonsterHunterWilds folder. Replace reframework/autorun/CharmPursuit.lua and keep only one copy.[/]

      []Open REFramework > Script Generated UI > Charm Pursuit. Select your language at the top, then choose a preset or edit your target, then click Apply target / Start new period.[/]

      []Check Easy for stronger adjustments. The checkbox switches the applied target; unfinished target edits still need Apply.[/]

      Keep your existing records in reframework/data. Master OFF pauses adjustments and recording. Korean, English and Japanese are supported. Requires the inspected TDB81 game build; unsupported generation paths keep native rolls.

      Validation

      14 local mocked-SDK suites passed for 0. 6. 2, including English defaults, language switching and saved preferences. Prior in-game 0. 6. 1 records confirmed first-skill weighting, rarity/slot promotion and matching generated/final results across 19 melding appraisals. Generation rules are unchanged in 0. 6. 2. Complete-target drop rates, the hunting path, inventory persistence, the new UI appearance and long-term frame cost still need separate verification. Earlier probability estimates are withdrawn; no complete-charm probability is claimed.

      For bug reports, include your mod/game/REFramework versions. Ctrl+Shift+F8 saves a diagnostic copy; check for personal information before sharing.
