Here's just a personal adjustment of legs scales to make the legs look more reasonable and slim.
I'm not a fan of Curvy anyway :)
Installation:
Make sure you install both REFramework and Female Body Sliders at first.
Also make sure you are using this mod for inner bodys Wilds Ver. R Body.
Then simply extract the file into "\Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\reframework\data\FBSPresets\Leg\..."
Open the game
Then open REFramework and choose the preset "My set" as the description image shows
