Remove red or blue critical effects and gun hit effects _Sunbreak

Removes red critical and blue critical at the same time, the difference between other similar mods is that mine keeps all the hit effects at the same time.

同时去除了红色会心和蓝色会心（御龙累积特效），但和其他的mod不同在依然保留了打击特效。

Should work for all weapons, but i've only tested longsword.

应该对所有武器都生效，但是我只测试了太刀。

To install, put the .pak version in your MHR folder and change its name to re_chunk_000.pak.patch_XXX.pak, XXX should be the smallest number you can find, start from 000 and ends at 999.

安装方法：把PAK文件放在mhr文件夹里，把名字改成re_chunk_000.pak.patch_XXX.pak，XXX尽量小，从000开始，最高为999。

感谢采蘑菇的诸葛大佬的启发，但请不要转载至采蘑菇论坛，因为我不喜欢那里的影响力机制。

编辑：新增只去除蓝色会心（御龙值积累）特效，保留红色会心特效版本。

Edit: Added an optional file which only removes the blue critical effect while keeps the classic red one
