Lance Replace Twin Vines with Spiral Thrust

To Install:

extract files in main game folder. if you already have a file named re_chunk_000.pak.patch_002.pak increase the last number up until it doesn't conflict with any file.

This mod was inspired by the work of YaeSakura and his CriticalJuncture mod
